My Story
A career built across the full tourism ecosystem for Travel
My passion for travel started at age 5, a gift from my father, a retired airline executive who believed his children should discover the world beyond their day-to-day. That early curiosity never left me. It became a career.
I began at Ethiopian Airlines in Frankfurt as a reservation agent, then moved to the US and joined Hyatt Hotels, where I worked across front desk, revenue management, and reservations leadership. Las Vegas came next. First with MGM Resorts at New York New York and Luxor, then in 2008 with the Wynn family.
What started in sales grew into responsibility for the international and domestic leisure group segment, and ultimately the international leisure segment, leading to my role as Executive Director of Travel Industry Sales for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas.
In 2019 I joined Papillon Airways as VP of Sales & Marketing, which gave me an entirely new lens, the tours and activities side of the industry and the precise differences between activity and hospitality providers.
In 2021 I founded KG Global Consulting to bring everything I'd learned across airlines, hotels, resorts, and attractions to bear for destinations, organizations, and companies navigating growth in a dynamic global industry.
